Qualified Purchases
To get a rebate from Rebate2You, you must make a "Qualified Purchase". What constitutes a "Qualified Purchase" varies slightly from merchant to merchant, but there are a few criteria that apply to almost every situation. They are:
1. You must have cookies enabled on your Web browser. These enable the merchant to verify that you came to their site through Rebates2You.
2. You must begin your search at Rebates2You.com and proceed from there to the merchant's website through a direct link on Rebates2You. These links can be graphics images, text links, coupons, specials, product lists, etc. Anything that connects you to the merchant's site from Rebates2You qualifies.
3. You should complete your purchase the same day that you linked from Rebates2You.
4. You can not use a merchant's gift certificate/card to pay for your purchase.
5. Using promotional codes from sites other than Rebates2You could prevent you from qualifying for an additional rebate from us.
Following the above steps does not guarantee you a rebate, but does significantly increase your chances of receiving the highest amount possible.
Whether or not you get your requested rebate is 100% dependent on whether or not the merchant pays a commission on your purchase. If the merchant refuses to pay a commission for any reason whatsoever, no rebate will be rewarded for that purchase.
In most cases, a "qualified purchase" can be verified and a rebate can be issued within thirty days of purchase. Ultimately, the decision whether or not a rebate will be issued is at the sole discretion of the Rebates2You staff.
